Product Description The PVC WPC profile extrusion line is suitable for producing hollow or solid PVC WPC foaming profiles. This profiles have advantages of fireproof, waterproof, anticaustic, moisture proof, moth proof, mildew proof, non-toxic and environmentally friendly. The profiles are widely used in the fields of interior decoration, furniture making, such as door frame, skirting, photo frame, plastic door and window profiles.Features:1-Capacity of main frame can be optionally chosen from 60-700 kg/hour.2-With different molds, it can products different kinds of profiles.3-The haul-off unit has applied unique lift technique. Its work is stable, its reliability is good, its pulling force is large.4-Vacuum setting has applied special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating so as to meet demand of high speed extruding.5-Movement speed and drawing speed of cutting machine keep synchronous.6-All movements are controlled by imported PLC, the design is reasonable, the operation is stable, it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length.7- Powder & dust suction device can be provided. 8- The stacker platform can choose such specifications as 4-meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, 11-meter, etc.9-With twin parallel screws extruder, it is particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profiled material.The profiles produced by the PE wood-plastic profile production line have the advantages of fireproof, waterproof, moisture-proof, moth-proof, mildew-proof and environmental protection. They also have good processing performance, which can be sawed, nailed and planed, and the nail-holding force is better than that of ordinary wood materials. Application fields: ? Industrial Use: Construction formwork, pallets, municipal barriers.Production Process of PE Wood Plastic Profile Production Line1. Raw Material Preparation & MixingRaw materials: PE granules, wood powder (or other plant fibers like rice husk, straw), coupling agents (to enhance bonding between PE and wood fibers), lubricants, colorants, and additives (e.g., anti-UV, flame retardants).Mixing process: All materials are weighed accurately according to specific formulas and then mixed in a high-speed mixer. The mixing process generates friction heat, which preheats the materials, removes moisture from wood fibers, and ensures even dispersion of additives.2. Extrusion (Plasticization & Shaping)The well-mixed material is fed into a twin-screw extruder (commonly a conical twin-screw design, ideal for high-fiber content mixtures).Inside the extruder, the material undergoes intense shearing, melting, and plasticization as it moves along the screw. The screw and barrel are specially designed to minimize damage to wood fibers while achieving full fusion of PE and fibers.3. MoldThe molten composite material is pushed through a custom-designed die (shaped to the desired profile, e.g., decking, wall panels, or fencing) to form the initial shape.4. Surface treatmentOnline embossing, sanding, or painting to enhance texture (e.g., wood grain patterns for decking).5. Calibration & CoolingThe extruded profile exits the die in a semi-molten state and is immediately guided into a vacuum calibration table.Vacuum calibration: Negative pressure in the table tightly adheres the profile to the calibration mold, ensuring precise dimensional accuracy (e.g., thickness, width) and surface smoothness.Cooling: The calibrated profile then passes through a water cooling tank, where cold water rapidly solidifies the material, maintaining its shape and structural stability.6. Hauling & CuttingA haul-off machine (equipped with rubber belts or rollers) pulls the cooled profile at a constant speed, matching the extrusion rate to prevent stretching or deformation.The profile is then fed into a cutting machine, which trims it to the required length (e.g., 2m, 4m) using precision blades.This streamlined process ensures high efficiency, consistent product quality, and adaptability to various PE wood plastic profiles, making it suitable for large-scale industrial production.All Rights Reserved@ Winsoar Science& Technology Development Co., Ltd.
