Supporting system (optional): including belt conveyor, dryer, cooler, sifter, etc.Principle of operationChurning tooth granulator uses high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and aerodynamic force to continuously mix, granulate, sphericalise and densify fine powdery materials. The materials are evenly fed into the machine cavity by the feeder, and are stirred and pre-pressurised by the agitator to form granules finally.Equipment featuresContinuous operation: The churning tooth granulator can be operated continuously, under closed or micro-negative pressure.Output adjustment: the output can be adjusted by adjusting the spindle speed, the faster the speed, the greater the output, but the uniformity of the finished product size and surface finish is poor; on the contrary, the slower the speed, the smaller the output, but the uniformity of the finished product size and surface finish is good.Wide range of application: it is suitable for a variety of granulation raw materials, including livestock manure, carbon black, clay, kaolin, three wastes, green manure type, sea fertiliser type and microorganisms, such as municipal waste organic fermentation fertiliser.
