The general process to process this type ore is washing--jigging rough separation--concentration--drying--magnetic separation.Widely Used Coltan With Sticky Clay Solution1.Trommel scrubber is a good diamond mining equipment for diamond clay mine washing,1.Feeding : Before feeding, there designed with a grizzly bar to separate the bigger particles that need to crush to get thecoltan particle. The continuous lifting and dropping action combined with water helps to abrade, scrub, and break down soluble contaminants. Vibrating Screening is another important part, it is used to separate material according to its size. Material is typically fed to a single-, double- or triple-deck screen to make the required sizes. The main water pipe of the vibrating screen adopts flange joint, which can easily connect the external water pipe with the machine. Through spray high-pressure water, it separates and washes material to obtain a good sieving effect. The material must go through or over a specified size to end up in the right pile. Unlike the crushers, Vibratory Screens cannot produce the material; they can only size material that is already reduced to the product sizes. Under the screen slurry tank, there is a flange connector, it is convenient to connect the vibrating screen and pipe, and the tank lining with 4mm thick rubber plate, making it more wear resistance. The tank is also equipped with a discharge chute and access door, which can be opened for maintenance. The driving shaft of the vibration screen, is made of high-quality DIN C45 Steel material. The Flowchart Explanation is as below. 1.The vibration feeder is for feeding raw material to the jaw crusher smoothly and stably. 2.Jaw crusher is primary crushing big stone to a smaller size less than 100mm, then output goes to cone crusher by conveyor. 3. The primary heavy concentrate ore discharged from the jig separator will be sent to the shaking table to concentrate again. 8 The shaking table has an extremely concentrated effect for heavy minerals, in order to get a higher purity of coltan and tin, the middling from the 1st stage shaking table will go to the 2nd stage shaking table to concentrate again, so can reach9. the highest recovery ratio and high purity coltan tin mixture. 10 All the 0-2mm coltan tin concentrate ore discharged from two stages shaking table will be sent to dewatering screen for dewatering water, then the concentrate ore will be sent to drying machine or dry in the sun depends on the customer.11.The dry heavy minerals mixture will finally be sent to a high-intensity 3pcs disc dry magnetic separator, the gauss is adjustable to separate out each heavy mineral, such as iron, ilmenite, hematite, coltan and tin concentrate, etc. so as can get high-grade coltan and tin ore, usually, final coltan and tin grade can reach about 60-65% maximum depend on raw material conditions.
