Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with ABB inverter. Feeding speed of conveyor belt or roll hauling off is fully automatic based on how full the compactor's room is. Metal detector can be combined with belt conveyor, and can interlock with control system, to warn and stop the system, in case that metal is found in feeding. 2.ExtruderA specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material. The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in a processing section. With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with water content3.Filter(1)Plate type, pistion type and automatic self-cleaning type filter, Different choice according to impurity contents in material and client's habit. (2)Plate type filter is cost-effective and easy to operate which mainly used for regular thermoplastic as usual filtration solution. 4.Vibration dewatering machine1.Die-face water ring pelletizing system set as the standard granulating method to get uniform size plastic pellets. 2.The pellets would be cooled by water and dried by centrifugal dryer and finally conveyed into storage silo. 5.Silo(1)The function of the blower is to transport particles to the silo through stainless steel pipes.(2)Pipes and silos are wrappedwith black sound insulation cotton, which reduces the volume from 82dB to 68dB.
