The tire rubber crusher is mainly composed of a base, a frame, rollers, roller bearings, a roller spacing adjustment device, a transmission device, a heating and cooling device, a safety brake, a motor, a reducer, etc.2. Two parallel and relatively rotating hollow rollers are installed on the frame. The upper cover is fixed to the frame with bolts, and the lower end of the frame is fixed to the base with studs. The roller spacing adjustment device is connected to the front roller through a worm gear, and the roller spacing can be adjusted by rotating the hand wheel.3. A coupling is installed on the rear roller. The motor provides power to the rear roller through a hard-toothed reducer and a coupling to rotate the rear roller. The other end of the rear roller is equipped with a roller speed ratio gear, which cooperates with the front roller speed ratio gear to make the front and rear rollers rotate relative to each other.4.
