It is widely used in precision manufacturing, electronics, medical treatment, materials science and other fields. Its core advantage lies in the fine atomized particles, uniform spraying and little damage to the sprayed object.The working process of ultrasonic atomization sprayer is mainly divided into three stages:1.Liquid supply: The liquid to be sprayed (such as paint, adhesive, liquid medicine, etc.) is delivered to the atomization device by means of an infusion pump or gravity.2.Ultrasonic atomization: The ultrasonic vibrator (usually piezoelectric ceramic material) in the atomization device vibrates violently under the excitation of high-frequency electrical signals (the frequency is generally 10kHz-200kHz), and the vibration energy is transmitted to the surface of the liquid, so that the liquid is broken into droplets with a diameter of tiny (usually 1-50 microns).Unlike traditional high-pressure atomization (relying on pressure to break liquid), ultrasonic atomization relies on mechanical vibration, the droplets are more uniform, and no high pressure is required, which reduces liquid splashing and waste.3.Atomized particle delivery and spraying: The atomized tiny particles are driven by airflow (usually compressed air) to form a directional spray, which is evenly covered on the target surface to complete the spraying process. Fine and uniform atomized particles: The droplet diameter is small and the distribution range is narrow, which can form a thinner and more uniform coating (the thickness can be as low as a few microns), reducing defects such as pinholes and bubbles.2. High material utilization rate: The atomization process is stable, the droplets are not easy to drift, and the material utilization rate can reach 80% - 95% (traditional spraying is usually only 30% - 50%), saving costs.3. Low damage: No high pressure is required, and the impact force on sensitive substrates (such as semiconductor chips, biological tissues) is small, which is suitable for spraying precision parts.4. Wide range of applications: It can handle a variety of liquid types, including high-viscosity liquids (such as paste materials), suspensions (such as coating liquids containing nanoparticles), volatile liquids, etc.5. Good environmental protection: Reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and do not need to use a large amount of diluents, reducing harm to the environment and operators.Applications1.
