Product Description The platinum resistance is made by winding platinum wires into a framework or through vacuum sputtering film technology. Its structure is divided into fabricated type and armored type, featuring corrosion resistance and vibration resistance. The four-wire connection method is used to eliminate the error of the wires, and the resistance-temperature linear relationship is utilized for temperature measurement. Non-linear correction algorithms are adopted to improve the accuracy. The standard models are classified as Grade A (±0.15oC) and Grade B (±0.30oC), with a response time shorter than 30 seconds and a long-term stability of less than 1oC per year. It can be extended to the range of -270oC to 1064oC in extreme environments. The insulation resistance is ≥ 25MΩ, and it is suitable for high-precision temperature control scenarios such as petrochemical reactors and medical sterilization equipment.The only two factors that affect the measurement error caused by the temperature test of the thermocouple sensing wire are the material of the wire and the bonding of the solder balls.When the composition of the two thermocouple wires of the thermocouple is determined, the magnitude of the thermoelectric potential is only related to the temperature difference at the bonding points of the thermocouple, and is independent of the length and diameter of the thermocouple.
