Itincludes a zero broken elevator, double air screen cleaner, deduster, and vibration grader. This advanced systemuses a combination ofdoubleair and screens to meticulously separate seeds based on size, shape, and density. These versatile units are available in a variety of models, featuring two to eight vibrating screens. Regardless of the model, the cleaning principles remain consistent. Grains are fed into the hopper and evenly distributed by a feed roller, then transferred through a controlled gate onto the top sieve. During this process, primary aspiration utilizing an air trunk efficiently removes100%of chaff, straw, dust, and deceased grains. The material then passes through sieve layers for separation based on width and thickness. Post-separation, an air sifter and aspiration chamber remove remaining light particles with a strong upward air draught. The graded material and impurities are automatically sorted into separate chutes,and a final air cleaner eliminates any residual light impurities.These machines are ideal for the efficient cleaning ofbeans,wheat, soybeans, sesame,corn,clove seeds,and other grain-like materials.The gentle feeder and belt guard ensure efficient cleaning without damaging the grains.
