Brief introduction RCFM series Automatic Water-based film laminator laminate the paper sheet and film with environment-friendly water-based glue. It has the feature of high speed, low production cost and easy for operation. It is fit for the medium and big print house and warmly welcomed by the client. 3. Main Features of the machine a) High speed feeder, Max. Speed is 12000 sheets/hour b) High speed feeder is equipped with pre-feeding device . c) 1050L model has the universal shaft with long life ,ensure the machine runs quite stable. 4. Features By parts: 1) Overlapping controlled by servo motor, the operator only needs to input the sheet length and over lapping size 2) The universal shaft make the feeder running smoothly and improve the lifespan. 3) Widen belt ensuring the smooth sheet transportation. 4) Equiped with high speed photoelectric detector, the machine will stop automatically while shortage of sheet is detected.5) Unique paper rolling-up-stop: If the paper rolls up on the pressing roller, the machine will stop to protect the pressing roller to be damaged. 6) Auto paper connection function: If paper shortage is detected, the connection of the paper can be done automatically. 7) Paper Jamming Function: If paper Jam is detected, the machine will stop automatically. 8) Adjustable foreign material stopping bar can stop the foreign material suck as screw etc to go between the rollers. 9) Auto gluing system with special glue recycling system. 10) Core rubber design to make the gluing even and save production cost. 11) All rollers are balance tested with thicker and longer roller head which are tightly assembled. 12) Independent research and development side lay, apply to thin and thick paper, easy adjustment. 13 )PLC control together with man-machine interface will display the operation status, malfunction and diagnose and operation requirement .All the setting are displayed in the screen and changed by the function button according to instruction in the man-machine interface. 14) Door style guard design, easy for maintenance and overhauling. 15) It has motorized film loading device. 16) The gluing part and film can be stopped while the conveying part can still work. This function makes the machine has the following features: a) When the machine works not good due to the malfunctions, the operator can adjust the machine conveying part separately. b) The operator can do the overlapping, lay adjustment and belt adjustment separately, when changing order. c) While changing the pile, it can do feeder adjustment separately. This function will shorten the break down time for pile and order change, making the machine has less waste and high production yield.17) When the conveying part is stopped, the film and gluing part can also run. This function machines the machine has the following features: a) When changing the film roll or if something wrong with the film, you can take out the damaged film out separately to lower the defection rate of the laminated products. b) To adjust the film to compliant with paper. c) If sometimes the machine needs to be stopped for a while, the operate can clean up the glue roller easily. 18) Glue supply using liquid level control system, gluing automatically. 19) Gluing roller adopts crowning design and dynamic balance treatment, it can glue evenly while machine running in high speed, saving cost.20) The pressing roller's position is outside design, which makes maintain more easily. 21) The delivery roller is ∮195, less curling for the laminated sheet. 22) The feeder is equipped with ancillary intermittent blowing pipe which makes the long sheet easy to go. 23) Optional part: Hot-pressuring electrostatic powder removel device makes gluing saving and brightener lamination, faster drying and stronger sheet. 24) Auto lubrication system extending the lifespan of the machine. 25) Sheeter with stacker makes the work more easy. 26) The reflexed roller makes the paper more even. 27) The cover and belts have same height, make adjustment easily.
