The rotor loading process is automated with a pneumatic circular pickup system, while the servo motor precisely governs the mechanical arm, adjusting the aluminum melt volume via a user-friendly human-machine interface. Automatic waste material cutting and recycling ensure material efficiency, with waste being automatically transported to the furnace. The machine also features an automatic mold release agent feeder, where feeding time and frequency are adjustable. An integrated water cooling channel effectively reduces mold temperature, enhancing productivity. Operators can easily manage settings through a touch screen interface, customizing parameters such as forward and backward speed, mechanical arm stroke, swing angle, and loading speed.
