Product Description Product DescriptionSHARE has the competence to manufacture tubes either by heat slitting or by ultrasonic welding. Tubes can be devided into continuous tube and tube cuts.1. Continuous tubes: Simultaneous slitting two layers of filter mesh with heated blades to form continuous tubes. Suitable for in-molding and simple and cheap in production. Two or more narrow layers can be attached using ultrasonic slitting, a fine filtration media can be supported or protected with a coarser one. Production technology: heat, ultrasonics.2. Tube cuts: Cut to length and cut to size. Fabric tubes and rectangles with two open ends. Ultrasonic sealing for one end if needed. Suitable for molded cylindrical filters. Production technology: cold, heat, ultrasonics, laser depending on your required edge quality.
