In the production process, the running speed of the equipment can be adjusted without stopping, automatic alarm and recording of faults, automatic adjustment of temperature and humidity of drying line, accurate control of viscosity value, automatic measurement of output and other functions, automatic frequency conversion of temperature and humidity, and full motor for movement. Working principle and structureHH-6 capsule production line is centrally controlled by PLC and mechanically driven by motor, and integrates six processes of oiling, plate feeding, dipping, turning plate setting, drying, and automatic capsule extraction.                                        Automatic oiling device : the motor drives the oil brush to work together, and the oil in the oil brush is replenished: the solenoid valve oil cup is controlled by the PLC computer to "measure oil", and the measurement value is set in the touch screen "time setting".Plate feeding device : The plate feeding device is composed of air push, warm push, line push, forward push, middle push and back push. Among them, the air push, warm push and line push use a 110V motor chain drive mechanism to reciprocate. The ancient mechanism on these three mechanisms can finely adjust the positioning of the template on the head of the production line; forward push, middle push, The back push adopts the reciprocating motion of the three-phase reduction motor screw drive mechanism to drive the movement of the template on the drying line. The four mechanisms of full lift, line lift, middle lift and rear lift are responsible for the lifting and lowering of the template on each layer of drying.Automatic glue-dipping device : Servo motor is used to drive the glue-dipping frame to rise and fall precisely, and the template on the glue-dipping frame also rises and falls together, so that the capsule mold rises and falls in the glue solution, and the glue solution is dipped to complete the glue-dipping process.   Glue control of the glue tray : The glue level is controlled by the internal and external glue plate structure. The glue in the outer glue plate is driven by the motor to drive the glue shaft to rotate from the bottom to the inner glue plate to ensure the replenishment of the inner glue plate after dipping. The glue overflows into the outer glue tray to keep the flow of glue and the height of glue level constant. The level of the inner glue plate and the outer glue plate is adjusted by the M6 screws at the four corners of the inner glue plate. The temperature control of the glue liquid is controlled by the circulating water in the interlayer of the outer rubber disc. The water in the interlayer is circulated and supplied by the water tank through the pump, and the water in the water tank is controlled by the temperature controller to control the heating pipe. The glue concentration is detected by a viscometer, and the viscosity is centrally displayed on the touch screen, which is convenient for operators to control the glue concentration.Flip plate setting mechanism : The servo motor synchronous belt is used to drive the flap frame action, and the rotation angle, speed and stop time of the flap frame can be precisely controlled. It can better ensure that the head shape and wall thickness of the capsule meet the technological requirements.Drying line : The capsule template is conveyed by the motor mechanical transmission, and the drying is divided into six layers of drying tunnels. Each layer of drying tunnel capsules A and B is composed of a separate air hood and ventilation screen. The fan is installed on the air hood of each layer, and the dehumidifier outlet is aligned with the fan port ( see Figure 1 in the annex for details ). The drying line is equipped with temperature and humidity sensors, and the temperature and humidity of the drying line are fed back to the PLC computer through this sensor to realize the automatic control of the dehumidifier and the automatic frequency conversion control of the first and second-layer capsule A fans. Better guarantee the quality of capsules. The head part of the sixth layer is equipped with a variable frequency cooling fan, which strictly controls the wind speed of the fan and ensures the cooling of the mold.   Automatic capsule pulling machine : The production line consists of two capsule pulling machines, one for capsule A and the other for capsule B. When the capsules A and B templates are sent into the lifting mechanism of the capsule pulling machine, the capsule pulling machine automatically pulls out the capsules through PLC control, and then transports the capsules to the frame through the conveyor belt on the capsule pulling machine. The outlet of the conveyor belt is triangular, and there are two Exit (one good capsule, one bad capsule). When there is a bad capsule on the template, the operator only needs to insert one more capsule on the mold of this template, and the production line sensor can distinguish the bad capsule by detecting and controlling the adjustment of the two outlets of the triangle.Working principle: reset each mechanism to the initial position by manual operation. After starting the machine, after the PLC signal feedback, the template is dipped in glue through the servo motor, and the dipping is completed. Warm advance the work and push the formwork into the slideway of the flap rack. The flap and warm push back work, and the flap is finalized. The line pushes the work, pushes the template to the predetermined waiting position, and then the line pushes back the work. When the predetermined waiting position reaches two templates, the line lift works, the line lift lock plate mechanism locks the two templates, the line lift works, and the template is lifted to the position of the first floor drying tunnel. Push the work forward, send the formwork into the drying tunnel on the first floor, and then lift the formwork to lower the formwork to the drying tunnel position on the second, fourth and sixth floors. Push back the work and send the template into the corresponding drying tunnel. The middle lifting and the rear lifting work, and the template is lowered to the third and fifth floor positions. The middle push and middle lift work, and the template is sent to the corresponding drying tunnel. After the machine head probe installed on the sixth floor detects the template, it is fully hoisted, and the template is lifted to the height of the machine head. Capsules, after which the template is oiled. After the oiling is completed, warm push work, push the template into the glue dipping mechanism to complete a cycle, and each cycle is automatically connected for automatic work.
