Product Description https://qingdaorunyuan.en.made-in-china.com/product-list-1.html Working PrincipleThe process theory is based on the difference in solubility between CO2 and CH4 in water. By dissolving CO2 from biogas into water under pressurized conditions, the remaining gas is mostly CH4, which will be used to produce natural gas. Pressurization will help to increase the gas dissolution, then reducing the consumption of the circulating water. Since CH4 also has limited solubility in water, a stepwise desorption process with partial gas recirculation is employed to improve CH4 recovery, thereby increasing the process's economic value. Treatment ProcessBiogas is compressed to 1.0 MPa via the biogas compressor and fed into the lower section of the water scrubbing tower. The biogas undergoes countercurrent absorption with pressurized circulating water. The CO2-removed natural gas will be collected at the tower top and then injected into the natural gas buffer tank. The natural gas dehydration will go through the molecular sieve system to ensure high product purity. The purified gas is subsequently compressed by the CNG compressor for injection into urban gas pipelines or CNG tanker trucks.The CO2-rich water from the scrubbing tower bottom is depressurized to 0.6 MPa in the primary flash desorption unit. Utilizing the differing desorption characteristics of CH4 and CO2, partially desorbed gas from the unit's top is recirculated to the scrubbing tower for reabsorption. The remaining CO2-laden water is further depressurized to 2 kPa and enters a secondary desorption tower. Air aeration is applied here to strip residual CO2 from the water, which is then recycled back to the scrubbing tower. Technical Features(1) Lower Capital Costs: At 98% CH4 recovery, investment costs are over 20% lower compared to membrane or PSA technologies.(2) Energy Efficiency: Operational energy consumption does not exceed 0.25 kW·h/Nm3 of biogas at 98% CH4recovery.(3) Cost-Effective Absorbent: Water, as the absorbent, is very cheap and easy to get.(4) Dual Functionality: Simultaneously removes CO2 and partial H2S. When raw biogas contains low H2S (<200 ppm), no need desulfurization unit.(5) Ease of Operation: Simple system maintenance and low daily operational cost. No need special maintenance.
