The inkjet and control system record the production data to achieve product batch traceability.Bottled Soda Production Line OverviewWater Treatment SystemRaw water is pumped through a storage tank, boosted by a quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, and precision filter to remove impurities. High-pressure pumping into reverse osmosis (RO) membranes separates dissolved salts, producing purified water (UV-sterilized with ozone control) and brine (discharged).Sugar Preparation SystemA high-shear emulsifier mixes water, sugar syrup, and additives under high-speed stirring (5–10 min). The solution is heated to 95°C for sterilization, cooled below 30°C via plates, filtered, and transferred to a mixing tank.Carbonation Mixing SystemChilled syrup (4°C) enters a QHS-type mixer where Carbon Dioxide is injected to form carbonated water. The system uses metering valves to precisely control water/syrup ratios, blending via a three-way mixer before storage. Key features: automated, adjustable capacity, hygienic closed-loop design.Blowing & Filling SystemPreforms are heated and blown into bottles, then rinsed with ozonated water, filled with product water, and capped. Ozone ensures sterilization without residues.Conveying SystemModular stainless-steel design with polyethylene guards, MC polymer wheels, and UHMWPE guides for flexible, low-noise bottle transport. Synchronized controls prevent jams.Bottle WarmerBottles are heated via steam-spray in 1–2 zones (temperature <40°C, adjustable via PLC) to stabilize packaging.Packaging SystemFilled bottles pass through labelers, laser coders, and film/carton packers. High-speed lines use palletizers for automated stacking.CIP Cleaning SystemAutomated in-place cleaning (acid/alkali washes, hot rinses) prevents cross-contamination and microbial growth.
