Alumina Ceramic Plates and Substrates1.1 Main Features:- High temperature resistance. The operating temperature can reach 2000oC under inert gas protection (reducing atmosphere).- High dielectric strength, good insulation performance, suitable for various high current and high voltage devices.- The thermal conductivity is high and the thermal expansion coefficient is similar to that of Si. Often used in circuits.- Resistant to various strong acids and strong alkali corrosion, anti-oxidation, good chemical stability.
