Drying systemWater-based infrared drying means that when infrared radiation reaches the coating surface, part of it is reflected by the coating surface, and the rest enters the coating. Among the infrared radiation entering the coating, part of it passes through the coating, and the rest is absorbed by the coating and converted into heat energy, which increases the temperature of the coating and accelerates drying.UV mercury lamp solidification mainly refers to lamps that can emit ultraviolet rays. UV mercury lamps are named because a certain amount of mercury is added to the inside of the lamp tube. The inside of the mercury lamp is a vacuum state. Under the high voltage of the power supply, the UV mercury lamp atomizes the mercury inside the lamp tube and emits ultraviolet light. The coating film irradiated by ultraviolet rays causes the coating molecules to polymerize and dry.Safety and environmental protection: UV coatings are used in the ultraviolet glazing process. UV coatings are composed of oligomers, active diluents, photoinitiators, photosensitizers and additives. They are green products that are both safe and do not pollute the environment.
