Product Description Mixer for gypsum board production line:The new type of mixer manufactured by our company is of anti-wear stainless steel impeller&liner and other internal parts which touches the slurry. These parts have experienced the precision grinding and chrome plating process, so they have smooth surface, no slurry-stick and easy to clean. They are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and not easy to rust. While fully utilizing the advantages of compact structure, stable operation, and convenient maintenance of the scraper mixer, we optimized the thickness and tooth shape of the impeller, the form of discharge nozzle, and the foaming agent inlet to make the mixing more uniform and the discharge more stable&smooth.We can provide customized design for users as per their typical requirements on capacity and specifications, such as different specification of impellers, different specifications and numbers of discharge nozzles, and the different positions of discharge nozzles. Users can also freely select whether to add hard edge devices.1.Type: 1)Scraper type;(if need pin mixer, will be designed additionally)2)Material: SS steel with chrome layer or Special SS steel;3)With auxiliary mixer motor;4)Production: Annual capacity of 2-30 million sqm of gypsum board line5)Discharge method: side discharge/bottom discharge6)Hard edge device: optional7)Customized: available2.FunctionIt mixes gypsum powder, starch, foam,fiber glass, retarder, accelerator, silicon etc materials and water, to get uniform slurry and discharge slurry onto continuously moving gypsum board up paper, which then conveys slurry into vibrating platform, then to shaping machine to get wet boards with set thickness. The hard edge device will make hard edge of board to have good edge. 3. Feature:1) Dismantable inside wear-resistant liner is available for surrounding and top, to protect mixer wall from wearing. The liners are replacable after wearing, to ensure of safety and efficient production; 2) There is device to produce hard edge for gypsum boards, to meet the requirement for using gypsum powder of longer setting;3) There is water inlet at the bottom of shell to clean residue slurry inside mixer, to avoid extra slurry to get slurry block/jam.4) The main body of mixer is made of wear-resistant stainless steel, which is suitable for humid mixing condition, to effectively prevents rust and corrosion; 4.
