Product DescriptionThe high-efficiency air outlet is an ideal terminal filtering device for the thousand-, ten-, and one-hundred-thousand-level purification air-conditioning systems, and can be widely used in clean air-conditioning systems in industries such as medicine, health, electronics, and chemical. The high-efficiency air outlet is used as a terminal filtering device for the transformation and construction of cleanrooms of Class 1,000, Class 10,000, and Class 100,000, and is the key equipment to meet the requirements of cleanliness. The high-efficiency air outlet includes a static pressure box, diffuser plate, high-efficiency filter, and the interface with the air pipe can be a top or side connection.Features:1. The adjusting valve and insulation layer can be installed according to user requirements.Product SpecificationsIn order to ensure the filtration efficiency of the filter and the clean effect of the clean system, the installation of the high-efficiency filter must comply with the requirements of the "clean room construction and acceptance specification" or design drawings.1. Preparatory work before installation In order to prevent the high-efficiency filter from being contaminated, the air cleaning system must be installed before the unpacking inspection and installation. The air conditioner, the high-efficiency filter box, the air duct, and the cleanroom must be cleaned. After the test operation of the equipment and the amount of dust blown out of the air duct stabilizes, the ice can be carried out. Before installation, check the flatness of the filter frame or the end face of the edge opening, and the allowable deviation of the end face flatness should not be greater than 1mm each.If the flatness of the end face exceeds the allowable deviation, only the end face of the frame where the filter is installed is allowed to be modified or adjusted, and the outer frame of the filter itself is not allowed to be modified, otherwise, the filter material or sealing part in the filter will be damaged and the filtering effect will be reduced.2. Installation requirements When installing the high-efficiency filter, ensure that the airflow direction is consistent with the direction of the arrow mark on the outer frame. When the high-efficiency filter assembled with corrugated plates is installed vertically, the corrugated plates must be perpendicular to the ground and not reversed. The high-efficiency filter and the frame for assembling the high-efficiency filter generally adopt two kinds of sealing methods: the top-tightening method and the compression method.
