A brief introduction to GKT Series Intelligent Drying Air ConditionerThe intelligent drying air conditioner is an air centralized processing device that can be applied to the hot air drying of materials such as dried noodles, instant noodles, rice noodles, and semi-dried flour. Its function is to automatically adjust and intelligently control the temperature, humidity of the air, and the wind speed passing through the materials according to the requirements of the material drying process.The main structure includes the hot air circulation system, the intake and exhaust system, the exhaust heat recovery system, the air filtration system, and the automatic heating and humidification system. The main functions of the intelligent hot air energy-saving drying equipment are: introducing air, supplementing air, circulation; air filtration; regulating and controlling the humidity of the airflow, that is, humidification and exhaust; regulating and controlling the temperature of the airflow, that is, air heating; regulating and controlling the intake and exhaust volume as well as the heat recovery and reuse of the exhaust.2. Working PrincipleThe working process of the intelligent drying system: The air conditioner is placed outside the drying chamber. Firstly, it sucks in moist air from various parts of the room. This air passes through the air filter and the proportional control air volume regulating valve, and a certain proportion of the air is discharged to the outside, while the remaining air mixes with the required equal amount of external air. Then, it is further processed through the air filter, the heating device, and the humidifier before being sent back into the room to ensure that the environmental air temperature, humidity, flow rate, and their uniformity and stability meet the requirements for material drying, achieving high efficiency and high quality in material drying.3. Performance Characteristics(1) Eliminate the positive and negative pressure differences inside the drying chamber to prevent dust and other particles from entering the room. Ensure that the air intake and exhaust volumes of the drying chamber and the external air can operate simultaneously in equal amounts to guarantee food hygiene and safety.(2) Intelligent proportional control of the supply of heat source media such as steam, thermal oil, and hot water.(3) Both the intake of external air and the recirculation of air from the drying chamber are filtered through primary air filters to ensure that clean and hygienic air enters the drying chamber and to maintain the cleanliness of the entire drying system.(4) Exhaust heat recovery system: The thermal energy of the high-temperature exhaust gas is recovered through a sensible heat heater to heat the incoming external air, reducing energy consumption during the drying process.4.
