It consists of 1 GPC1000A general control cabinet (including HMI unit), 3 G-210 CNC lathe of Guangzhou Machine Tool Works, 2 6-joint RB08 transfer robot, 1 automatic turnover mechanism, 1 plane belt conveyor, 1 rotary table, 1 finished product rack and device monitoring workstation, process management workstation and production information management station. The layout is as shown in Fig.1 on the right. Blank material is put on the rotary table, then taken by the robot 1 to the machine tool 1 for first-step machining. After being machined, the workpiece is put on the turnover mechanism by robot 1, then turned over by the turnover mechanism, put on the belt conveyor, and fed to machine tools 2 and 3 by robot 3 for second-step machining. After being machined, the finished product is put in the finished product rack by robot 2. In the motor end cover automatic production line, GPC1000A controls automatic turnover mechanism, plane belt conveyor and rotary table through GSK-Link bus, realizes data interchange with G-210 CNC lathe (GSK988TB) and RB08 robot (robot controller) through GSK-Link-PA device bus, and realizes informationization of production and manufacturing process through LAN connection process management, device monitoring and information management system.
