Speed and Efficiency: Fully automatic machines operate at high speeds (up to 300m/min), significantly enhancing production efficiency by reducing downtime and minimizing labor costs. 2. Automatic Tension Control: The machine ensures consistent unwind & rewind tension throughout the slitting process, preventing tape from stretching or loosening. 3. Unwinder BOPP Tape Jumbo Roll Monitoring: The machine is equipped with a jumbo roll camera that allows operators to visually monitor the unwinding process in the front side. When the jumbo roll reaches a minimal size, an automatic alert notifies the operator to replace a new jumbo.4. Automatic Labeling: The machine features an integrated automatic labeling system, boosting productivity and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.5.
