Product Description Product DescriptionThe T562 steam turbine is a multi - stage condensing steam turbine. The unit is arranged in a single layer, and the rotational speed of the main shaft is 5600 - 6500 revolutions per minute. The T560 is a condensing steam turbine unit for waste heat power generation with a capacity of 750 - 4000 KW, which can use superheated fresh steam or saturated steam with a minimum pressure of only 0.45 MPa. The exhaust steam is condensed into water in the system - integrated condenser. It is mainly applied in waste heat recovery, and power generation from waste heat utilization in industries such as chemical engineering and sulfuric acid production. To date, standard series products of steam turbines for waste heat power generation with capacities of 1.5MW, 2.2MW, 3MW, and 4.0MW have been developed, which can meet the waste heat power generation requirements of enterprises rich in waste heat steam. The equipment has an even lower operating cost and more remarkable economic benefits. The emergency shut-off device used in this unit is a centrifugal flyweight type, which has an eccentric weight mounted radially on the main oil pump casing. At normal rotational speeds, a spring force balances it. When the unit's speed exceeds the rated speed by 9-11%, the flyweight is thrown out, causing the emergency shut-off throttle to disengage and activate.
