The rotor features three strategically positioned slots that facilitate smooth and unrestricted rotor sliding.2) Ingeniously designed, the rotor partitions the internal space into three dynamic chambers, each changing in volume as the rotor rotates.3) As gas enters the intake chamber, it is expertly compressed and then efficiently expelled through the exhaust valve, ensuring optimal pump performance.4) Strategic oil injection into the intake chamber enhances sealing and lubrication while providing critical cooling. The oil interacts with compressed gas and upon enteringthe fuel tank, undergoes initial separation by gravity's pull. Smaller oil molecules are directed to the exhaust filter. Internally,a systematic circulation ensures the collected oil seamlessly returns to the pump chamber, with a float valve maintaining this process, preventing atmospheric pressure when the oil collection system is depleted.This mechanism ensures that any vacuum break occurs solely through the fuel tank's entry at the suction side of the pump chamber.5) The oil circulation is adeptly maintained by the inherent pressure difference, guaranteeing smooth operation.For tailored applications, the product is adaptable to explosion-proof types, perfectly suited for petroleum, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical, and various gas and aerospace sectors.Enhance system reliability by installing an inflatable electromagnetic pressure differential vacuum valve at the pump inlet.
