Q What pre-sales and after-sales services do you offer?Our pre-sales services include discussing product parameter details and product drawings. If customization is required, we will arrange for engineers to connect with you. We will also discuss price, delivery methods, delivery times, and logistics with you.After-sales services include communication to understand production batches and delivery times. We will not be responsible for issues caused by improper operation.
