The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and swift dual A/D conversion, transforming into a digital signal that is then meticulously linearized and temperature-corrected by the microprocessor. Transmitters with HART protocol convert this signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the clear LCD display.
