Product DescriptionHigh-end three-layer single-door vacuum oven (can be customized according to customer's technical parameters)Vacuum ovens are ideal for removing residual moisture, solvents, or other volatile compounds from heat-sensitive products. Essentially, they work by reducing the pressure within the oven (creating a vacuum) to remove unwanted molecules. When the oven pressure reaches the desired vapor pressure of the contaminants, these molecules evaporate, turning into vapor and being removed from all areas of the product. This drying process eliminates the need for excessive heat. High-temperature vacuum ovens are typically used for heat-sensitive and vulnerable products. These ovens are widely used in the lithium battery, semiconductor, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and electronics industries.Machine Features1. Door Opening: Single-opening; elastic double-glazed door with triple-layer pressure detection for overpressure protection;2. Inner Tank Seal: Cast-in-place silicone rubber O-ring, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant3. Principle: Surrounding hot air circulation. Double-layer insulation keeps the outside temperature no higher than room temperature +15°C;4. Heating Structure: O-shaped external circulation, with air outlet on the left and air intake on the right, for consistent temperature;5. High-vacuum pneumatic damper valve with three separate control levels;6. Touchscreen display, automatic cycle control, returning to vacuum and pressure maintenance after the final step; digital safety temperature display;7. Multi-position over-temperature protection temperature control device effectively prevents temperature runaway and other temperature control safety issues, improving the accuracy of over-temperature protection;8. Centralized touchscreen control for convenient operation and reliable control. The program controller utilizes a PLC for stable and reliable operation.9. The three oven layers are individually controlled, allowing for individual settings for total baking time, cycle time, vacuuming time, and drying time. After setting the parameters, press the automatic button to enter the automatic baking process. When the baking time is reached, the oven automatically shuts down. If the temperature exceeds the safe temperature, an alarm sounds, a red indicator lights up, and heating stops automatically. An alarm message is displayed on the display.10. Dry air can be added to the oven to any set value between -0.1 MPa and -0.02 MPa, automatically stopping the filling process.11. During normal operation, fault alarms and the cause of the fault are displayed on the screen.12. The vacuum tubes are corrosion-resistant.13.
