Product DescriptionProduct Description The 1800 type foam ceramic new material board is a new type of lightweight energy-saving foam ceramic heat-resistant insulation material, which has been independently developed and produced by the Teng thermal technology for 4 years. Its main purpose is to serve as furnace materials for all kinds of high-temperature industrial furnaces and experimental electric furnaces, as well as thermal insulation materials in the aerospace field. The purpose of product development and launch is mainly to replace alumina fiberboard with poor corrosion resistance and short service life, as well as heavy corundum brick and hollow ball brick with serious energy consumption. 1800 type foam ceramic new material big board standard size is 1000mm × 600mm × Thickness 60 / 70 / 80mm. High-temperature resistance – the maximum temperature resistance is 1800 ℃, the long-term temperature resistance is 1750 ℃, and the high-temperature resistance is better than that of imported alumina fiberboard.2. Corrosion resistance and long service life – the corrosion resistance of acid and alkali is better than that of alumina fiberboard, and the service life of a furnace is 2-3 times or even longer than that of alumina fiberboard.3. High strength – the strength is significantly better than that of fiberboard, the surface hardness is high, and there is no slag after one furnace of air burning;4. Light energy-saving – low density (0.4 ~ 0.6g / cm3), less heat storage, energy-saving effect is close to that of light fiberboard, and energy-saving is 50-80% higher than that of fire-resistant brick.5. Good thermal insulation effect – the structure contains a large number of micro-Nano closed pores, static air thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity (about 0.24w / m ?
