This amplifies the grinding effect of the balls on the ore for an optimum performance.·Internal tightness:Since these balls are forged from round bar steel, internal and external deviations, are non-existent. Forged balls have a high internal density and high fine particle degree, which enhances the drop resistance and the impact toughness of these balls, thus vastly reducing the breakage rate of a forged balls.·Suitable for wet grinding:Our forged balls are comprised of high-quality alloy steel, together with new efficient anti-wear materials, independently developed by our company. By matching the alloying element with rare elements, and by controlling the chromium content, the corrosion resistance of the balls is greatly improved; during wet grinding procedures, trivalent chromium oxide, forms a protective oxide film of chromium and iron which hinders the breakage of the ball and/or eases the reincorporation of the detached particles to the film itself.
