White cardboard, gold, silver cardboard, PET coated cardboard, laser cardboard, metal foil and other special cardboard papers for cigarette packs.2. Synthetic paper, self-adhesive film labels, PVC series, PC, PET, PE, PP and other processed non-absorbent substrates are used in lithographic offset printing and waterless offset printing. Application examples:High-end packaging boxes for cosmetics; cigarette bags, wine bags; trademarks, plastic stationery, CDs, various card products, photo albums, etc.UVU-offset printing ink: used in lithographic offset printing and waterless lithographic offset printing.Product Features:1. Wider printing water supply range and on-machine safety;2. After printing, it is irradiated with UV light and instantly cured, allowing for immediate post-processing without backprinting or sticking problems;3. Good adhesion to most non-absorbent substrates;4. High color intensity, good ink transferability, and good dot definition;5. After the ink is cured, the ink film has good flexibility; it has good mechanical properties (abrasion resistance, scratch resistance);6. Suitable for continuous, whole frame and partial masking.Note: This product can also be adapted to letterpress printing. Such as: printing of plastic packaging boxes for instant noodles and milk cups.Precautions:1. Printing machines that use UV ink must be dedicated to UV ink or have blankets and rollers that can be used for both UV ink and ordinary ink.2. The use of PS printing plate must be consulted with the supplier to adapt to the UV ink.3. Ordinary cleaning agents cannot clean UV ink. Cleaning agents must be specially used to clean UVU ink. Such as our UVU-S machine washing water and UVU plate cleaning paste.4. Black absorbs more ultraviolet rays and is generally placed as the first color for printing. The recommended color sequence is black, blue, red, and yellow.5. When the paper fluffs and the surface of the printed pattern is rough, it may be because A. The viscosity of the ink is too high (can be solved by adding an appropriate amount of ink-adjusting oil or viscosity reducing agent and increasing the temperature of the printing press); B. Drying on the machine (can be solved by replacing the Rubber rollers and rubber cloths can be used to solve the problem).6. The optimal storage environment temperature for ink is 15-25oC, and the storage period is at least six months.7. Although the ingredients of UV ink are low-irritation, try not to come into contact with the skin when using it. If it sticks, wash it with soapy water immediately.
