The product has the characteristics of a large surface area, high mechanical strength, and good thermal shock resistance. Its main materials are mullite, cordierite ceramics, Corundum-mullite, alumina, and so on. Mullite-based ceramic materials can withstand severe pouring thermal shock and extreme pouring temperature. The honeycomb design also provides an engineering balance between flow rate and strength. The honeycomb ceramic filter has precise dimensions, good thermal stability, high specific surface area, and excellent resistance to acids and alkalis. It is suitable for a wide range of filtration applications of ferrous and non-ferrous metal castings.By using Al2O3, it independently developed a pore filter with a pore density of 400 pores per square inch, compressive strength> 20 mPa, and porosity> 20%. The shape of this filter includes spherical, polygonal, and mesh partitions.
