The moderate melting point not only reduces the damage to components and PCBS caused by high temperatures during the reflow process, but also enhances the soldering strength and reliability compared to other low-temperature lead-free alloys with high bismuth content.MC-220 is a lead-free, medium-temperature no-clean solder paste suitable for ultra-fine process printing and reflow soldering. It is a highly active solder paste with excellent resistance to thermal collapse. Therefore, it can achieve effective soldering results within a relatively wide curve range. The excellent anti-collapse performance effectively suppresses the formation of solder beads, and the appearance of the solder joints is excellent and easy to inspect visually.
