Product Description Magnesium-zirconium alloy mgzr25 alloy mgz30 alloy mgzr35 alloyMagnesium zirconium alloy is a new kind of light weight, high damping alloy, but the corrosion resistance is very poor. The pretreatment and plating process of Ni-P amorphous on Mg-0.57Zr alloy were studied by electroless plating method. The results show that :1) the composite pickling is beneficial to improve the adhesion between coating and substrate, deposition uniformity and metal gloss of the coating; 2) Direct electroless nickel plating is more conducive to improving the plating speed and reducing the porosity of the coating than electroless nickel plating after preleaching zinc; 3) By using the recommended electroless plating process, the Ni-P amorphous coating with high adhesion to the substrate, low porosity and good corrosion resistance was obtained. The average plating speed was 11-44μm/h, and the hardness of the coating was 10.7 times higher than that of the alloy substrate.As a green engineering material, magnesium alloy has attracted much attention in recent years. Magnesium-lithium and magnesium-zirconium alloys are widely used in aviation and aerospace industries. In this paper, lithium magnesia and zirconia alloys were prepared by molten salt electrolysis in LiCl-KCl molten salt system. The electrodeposition process of lithium and zirconia metals and the electrolytic process of preparing lithium magnesia and zirconia alloys were explored. The electrochemical reduction process of Li+ on molybdenum electrode and magnesium electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry, chronopotential method, chronocurrent method and potentiostatic electrolysis in LiCl-KCl molten salt system composed of low eutectic composition. The results show that the reduction of Li+ on molybdenum electrode is completed by one-step electron transfer reaction at the temperature of 450oC, and the reaction is irreversible.
