Molding is realized through secondary forging with the oil press or precision forging machine. Ultrasonic flaw detection follows JB/T1581-96 standards. After primary machining of the pipe mold (casing boring), quenched-tempered heat treatment and destressing treatment are performed. Finish machining is performed by using the CNC lathe to meet the product quality requirements.The pipe mold is produced according to GB/T25715-2010 Sphere Nodular Cast Pipe Mold Finish Machining Project or the technical agreement between both parties. The Company can produce T-type water-cooling metal pipe mold made of 15Cr2Mo, 21CrMo10 or 30CrMo; S-type, N-type and K-type hot pipe molds. The product's nominal diameter is DN80-1,200 mm, and its length is 3-6 m. The Company can produce 1,800 pieces of various specifications of sphere nodular cast pipe molds every year.
