After that, the gases are fully mixed and enter the surface of the burner for combustion according to a constant ratio. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion exchanges heat countercurrently with the water in the stainless steel corrugated tube and the shell of the fire tube. The water in the pipeline enters from the lower part and exits from the upper part. The temperature of the high-temperature flue gas drops to the condensing temperature, generating a large amount of condensed water. The condensed water and the flue gas are discharged together through the smoke collecting chamber.The fully premixed condensing stainless steel boiler uses a gradually changing wavy shape pressed from 316L stainless steel pipes as the vertical fire tube (patented technology), which increases the heat exchange area, improves the heat exchange efficiency, and reduces the exhaust gas temperature. The smoke collecting chamber made of stainless steel effectively prevents corrosion from condensed water.Characteristics of fully premixed combustionThe fully premixed combustion mode effectively reduces the emission of pollutants. Fully premixed combustion does not generate fuel-type nitrogen oxides; it does not generate prompt-type nitrogen oxides; and it reduces the generation concentration of temperature-type nitrogen oxides. It also reduces the concentration of CO.CO is an intermediate product generated by the oxidation of carbon-containing fuels. All the carbon originally contained in the fuel will first be oxidized to CO and then further oxidized to CO2. Experiments have shown that at the flame temperature, if there is sufficient oxygen and residence time, the concentration of CO will drop to a very low level after the reaction.
