Our unwavering dedication is to craft the most exquisite disc and decanter centrifuges in China, boasting an extraordinary annual production capacity of 2,000 sets, underscoring our zeal for unmatched quality and avant-garde innovation.Typical structure of decanter centrifuge drum Decanter centrifuge (referred to as "decanter") is mainly composed of drum,screw,differential,frame,cover,etc.The drum and screw rotate at a certain differential speed in the same direction; The material is continuously introduced into the spiral inner cylinder through the feed pipe,and then accelerated into the rotating drum.Under the action of centrifugal force,the heavy solid substance is deposited on the wall of the rotating drum to form a sediment layer.The screw continuously pushes the sludge to the end of the drum cone,and the sludge is discharged out of the machine through the discharge port.
