Send the final purchase order to us through email, fax or any other way you preferStep 4. Once we receive your final order, we'll issue a proforma invoice to you, the invoice will cover the description of the order, the quanity of each style casket you'd like to get, and unit price, and the total amount.Step 5. Wire us a down payment to our company bank account once you receive the proforma invoice, and we'll start processing your order as soon as the down payment arrives. We'll keep you posted on the order status every once a while. You can commence the order procedure and make payment through ****** as well.Step 6. We'll notify you when your order is finished, and you can use any of your preferred shipper to handle your shipment, if you'd like us to handle the shipment for you, we're willing to do so for you at no cost, we'll get the best freight quotaion from shippers and prepare all the necessary documents for you. You pay us the balance of your order, and we'll put your container on board, all you need to do is to wait for the container to arrive at your door.Step 7. Once the container arrived in the destination port, you'll need to pay the freight to the shipper, the tax to the Customs in your country, and hire three to four people to unload the container for you.Step 8. In the meanwhile, we've been a furniture factory for over 30 years.2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can i visit there?A: Our factory locates in Nantong City of Jiangsu Province, we're about two hours driving north up Shanghai PuDong International Airport and Shanghai Train Station. And we are about two hour from Beijing by air. We offer airport or hotel picking up service for our visitors, you are welcome to come and visit , either check our facility or check our casket quality.3.Q:What is the material for your products, what styles do you have for caskets?A: As for wood caskets, we have fiber board, veneer, hardwood, such as paulownia, fir, poplar, pine, birch, cedar, ash, oak, walnut, cherry, mahogany and so on. As for the metal caskets, we have copper, stainless steel and steel caskets with thickness of 20ga,18ga and 16ga.4.Q:Can I order a mixture of casket models?A: Yes, you can. You can order any number for any model. But it would make more sense to make an order that can make best use of a container. And it will also help you get the caskets in a shorter time if you order single kind of model in large number.5.Q:Can I store these caskets on there ends or must they always be flat as shown in your pictures?A: You can either store these caskets on their ends or lay flat, the protection and package are strong enough. The reason why we lay them flat in our factory is because it's easy to handle and we have enough space, but considering the fact that our customers may not have enough space to lay them flat, we have the protection specially designed to protect caskets when they stand on their ends.6.Q:Is there any space left in the container to ship me some urns as well? I like the way the caskets are packaged. A: Yes, there is space left in the top of the container after we put all the caskets in and the space is big enough to hold a couple of hundred urns, by the way, the urn has its' own individual cardboard package.
