The materials are meticulously introduced at the apex and are subsequently retrieved from the base post-calcination. This intricate process creates a temperature gradient within the kiln, dividing it into three specialized zones. it is meticulously segmented into the preheat zone, the calcination zone, and the cooling zone..In the preheat zone, materials are gently acclimated by the warming embrace of flue gas. Progressing to the calcination zone, they undergo a transformation through heat generated by the combustion of fuel. Finally, in the cooling zone, the heated calcined materials gracefully transfer heat to incoming cold air, cooling themselves while simultaneously heating air to assist combustion in the calcination zone. This harmonious system ensures each calcination phase is executed with fluidity and precision. By embracing state-of-the-art technology, it maximizes energy efficiency, turning traditionally polluting gases like converter gas, blast furnace gas, and calcium carbide furnace tail gas into valuable energy sources.Product Advantages1) Energy Efficiency: after the calcination process, the residual hot flue gas is ingeniously used to preheat incoming materials, enhancing energy conservation and lowering the output flue gas temperature to an optimized range of 170~300oC, ensuring minimal energy waste.2) The kiln lining is composed of four robust layers of refractory materials, offering exceptional thermal insulation.
