Inside the crushing cavity, a high-manganese steel lining plate is strategically inlaid, providing easy replacement post-wear. An array of uniformly weighted, wear-resistant plate hammers is securely mounted on the spindle rotor, fastened with high-strength bolts to ensure long-lasting performance.Harnessing the power of the mainframe, the spindle is dynamically driven by a motor and triangular belt, propelling the rotor into swift motion. As large materials are ushered into the crushing cavity through the feed port, they encounter the formidable force of the high-speed, wear-resistant plate hammer.
