Employ wedge-shaped shims to achieve flawless leveling of the unit. This meticulous process ensures your equipment operates at peak performance.Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons to expertly balance the unit. Secure the position by spot welding the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring unwavering stability.Users should craft and position the wedges according to their specific conditions. The contact surface must be impeccably finished, guaranteeing consistent contact on inclined planes.The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm2, safeguarding structural integrity and performance.2).3.3.2 Achieve precision leveling with the utmost care using a level. The unit must adhere to the following stringent requirements: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.These exacting standards are the hallmark of superior functionality.3.3.3 For impeccable alignment, ensure the coupling is perfectly centered. Prior to commencing the alignment process, confirm these essential conditions:1) Ensure safety by turning off the main power supply.2) Remove the protective coupling shield with care.3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for unimpeded access.4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for any foreign particles, dirt, or attachments to maintain impeccable flatness.5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes exceed the size of the bolts, allowing for flexible adjustments and ease of motor positioning.6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets for comprehensive motor support. The gaskets must be free from debris and perfectly flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets as they may compromise the alignment process.7) Use a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm, ensuring optimal alignment.8) Secure the dial indicator with a sturdy bracket, as illustrated in the accompanying visual guide.9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise placement of the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring accuracy by aligning the probe on the compressor wheel hub’s perimeter.10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately as per the guidelines, achieving a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft's center line should be marginally higher than that of the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain coupling end face precision within 0.03~0.05mm.11) Once alignment is verified, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to confirm stability.;12) Reinstall the coupling’s intermediate section following a successful motor idling test, thus ensuring seamless operations.3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling, fasten the anchor bolts of the casing. After mechanical or trial operations, release and retighten the bolts to ensure optimal stability.3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds and is sensitive to foreign solid or liquid materials, which could severely impair compressor functionality. It is critical to maintain pristine inlet and outlet pipelines that comply with the system's designated steam corrosion standards.Implementing solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, is highly recommended before the compressor inlet to safeguard against potential contaminants.3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, follow the PI diagram for precise accessory placement. Ensure pipelines are supported independently by additional brackets, avoiding undue stress on the compressor structure.3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment is complete, and the concrete has reached full solidification, it's time to initiate a comprehensive operational test of the compressor. This essential step ensures peak performance and reliability.3.3.8 It is crucial to position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius for optimal efficiency. Carefully route the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet using threading pipes that are securely laid underground.
