Its core characteristic is that no lubricating oil is used in the compression chamber (cylinder and piston assembly), thereby providing compressed air of extremely high purity. I. Core Working PrincipleThe basic working principle of an oil-free piston compressor is similar to that of a standard piston compressor. Both convert the rotary motion of an electric motor into the reciprocating linear motion of a piston via a crankshaft and connecting rod mechanism, thus compressing air.Intake Process: The piston moves downward, increasing the cylinder volume. The intake valve opens, drawing in ambient air.Compression Process: The piston moves upward, the intake valve closes, and the cylinder volume decreases.
