Product Description16-90mm Polyethylene Pipe Making Extruder HDPE Production Line/Plastic ExtruderFor the polyethylene pipe production line, the raw material is PE pellets. We have vacuum sucking loder and hopper dryer to ensure the raw material with the best performance and dry of humidity. For the polyethylene pipe extrusion line, we choose 65/33 55kw extruder ensuring 250-300kg/h output. The mould is 40Cr with copper calibrators. The vacuum tank is 9 meters long and spraying cooling tank is also 9 meters long. The length of the vacuum and cooling tank ensures enough cooling for the produced HDPE pipe. We used best quality nozzles and stainless steel tank. The Saw cutter has servo motor and hydralic to shorten the cutter working circle.
