Detailed PhotosHow it worksIn typical operations, the system fan propels the dusty air into the air pipes, where it is evenly distributed across each air inlet chamber. The air then flows into the filter bags, where a significant amount of dust is trapped on the bag surfaces. Consequently, the purified air moves through the bags, into the chimney via the fan, and is finally released into the atmosphere. As dust accumulates on the filter bag surfaces, resistance increases, necessitating regular cleaning to maintain optimal operation. The control system automates the process by triggering the solenoid valves sequentially. High-pressure air is blown back through the pipes, dislodging dust back into the ash hopper. Once cleaned, the solenoid valves close, and the system readies for the next cycle. The filter bags return to their filtration role, with the control system opening other solenoid valves to clean additional bags, ensuring all are thoroughly maintained.
