Product Description Product OverviewThe GDA-TW combustible gas detector (LoRaWAN) is a high stability combustible gas detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector), which is used to detect the leakage of combustible gas. The detector adopts advanced semiconductor gas sensor, which has stable operation, long service life and simple installation. The detector has a built-in MCU for central control processing, and each functional block is directly or indirectly connected to the I/0 port line of the MCU. The normal work of each functional module of the detector is completed through the program solidifed in the MCU, so that the detector works more stable, safe and reliable. Install detectors at appropriate places according to the weight of the gas. Gases heavier than air: liquefied petroleum gas, etc. Gases lighter than air: natural gas, artificial gas, biogas, etc. ? When detecting gases heavier than air: install 0.3-1.0 meters above the ground and within 1.5 meters of the radius of the gas source;? When detecting gases lighter than air: install 0.3-1.0 meters below the ceiling and within 1.5 meters of the radius of the gas source (see the right figure for details);? Fix the detector on the socket on the wall and hang the detector;? When installing at home, you should also pay attention to the fact that the installation location should not be too close to the gas stove;? To prevent the detector from being baked by the flame of the stove; it cannot be installed in a place with a lot of oily smoke, so as not to cause false alarms or cause the air inlet of the detector to be blocked, which will affect the sensitivity of the detector. It also cannot be installed in exhaust fans, doors and windows, and places where there is a lot of moisture in the bathroom;? Correct wiring according to the diagram, and all wiring installations must comply with national and local effective regulations and standards. The thickness of the wire core should be appropriate, and the wires connecting the detector and other auxiliary devices should be marked with colors to avoid wrong wiring. Improper connections will result in the product not functioning properly. Product testing(1) Install the detector in a proper position according to "Installation and Wiring". (2)Turn on the power supply of the detector, and the circuit enters the 3-minute warm-up self-test state. After preheating, the green light is always on, and the detector enters the normal working state. ? The detector has a group of self-test buttons, which can be used tocheck whether the LED lights and buzzer of the detector can worknormally. When the self-test button is pressed, the green, yellow andred LED lights of the detector are all on, and at the same time thebuzzer emits an alarm sound of "whining".? It is forbidden to use a lighter to directly aim at the gas convectionwindow of the detector for testing, otherwise it will affect or evendamage the sensor inside the detector.? If you need to test, you can put the lighter gas into an empty plasticspring water bottle, and then align the bottle mouth of the mineralwater bottle with the gas convection window of the detector to test.Do not use too much gas for frequent tests, as this will reduce thesensitivity of the gas sensor. The alarm concentration of gas is setaccording to the value specified in the GB15322.2-2019 standard.When the concentration of combustible gas in the ambient air is lowerthan the alarm setting value, the detector will automatically stop thealarm and return to the monitoring state.? At this time, the following should be done:? Immediately close the pipeline valve;? Immediately open the window to circulate indoor air;? Extinguish all sources of ignition. Avoid using anything that can generate sparks (such as turning on a lighter, striking matches, etc.);? Avoid switching on or off various electrical appliances;? Check the cause of gas leakage and promptly notify relevant departments and professional personnel for handling. After inspection, if the detector is false alarm, the user should check whether the installation position of the detector is appropriate.
