GMT Brick pallet is made from GMT material, which has been widely used in automobile industry (such as bumper, motor base), construction industry (like formwork) and etc. GMT stands for glass mat reinforced thermoplastics, and this material has been named "the most environmental friendly material in 21st century" for its rigidity, toughness, and recyclable characteristics. Our GMT brick pallet made from this material can be as solid as reinforced concrete, because the fiber in the pallet is structured like reinforced concrete. Will it bend? Rigidity means the property of anti-bending. Is it easy to be broken? It is not easy to get broken. To have a try, you can use a big hammer to pound the pallet with big strength. No. Our experiment shows that, vibration has no effect on our pallet, and you can rest assured that it will not be crushed. Moreover, there is no broken phenomenon appearing when the pallet is locked on its moving along the iron chain. These all can be attributed to GMT strong physical characteristics. In recent market, Polypropylene material is about 12.5 yuan/kg, and glass fiber is almost 11 yuan/kg, but it is only 8 yuan/kg for PVC. Moreover, PVC pallet can be mixed into 50% of calcium carbonate when in producing, which is only 0.5 yuan/kg. But for GMT brick pallet, it can NOT be mixed with calcium carbonate, or it can not be molded. So, PVC pallet is cheaper according to its raw material. Q09: Why is the reason of that your GMT brick pallet is so cheap? If using fresh material to make an 18mm thick pallet, then its price will be at least 180 yuan, but if using recycled raw material, it will become cheaper. That is the reason why it is cheap. Furthermore, we have the strong points to do it, because we are a professional company in making GMT formwork, and which is recyclable. Q10: Why it looks like granite? We all know that building formwork has many colors, let alone the recycled formworks. When manufacturing the GMT brick pallet, these different colors formworks are mixed together, and then it is molded under the pressure of 2000 metric tons, so it will be like granite when it is finished. No matter what it looks like, it has no influence for using. Q11: Does any kind of plastic can be used as material for manufacturing GMT brick pallet? No. Only the thermoplastic resin with the same melting point can be used as the material for producing GMT brick pallet, or the strength of pallet will NOT meet its requirement. GMT brick pallet rejects using of rubbish plastics, let alone to name it "rubbish pallet". Q12: Does it come unglued or crack? It won′t. GMT brick pallet is finished under 2000 metric tons press and high temperature of 200°C, so it will not come unglued and crack even in boiled waters, which is just 100°C.
