We have established a standardized after-sales service process, which is as follows: Receive a customer call or email → Manual registration → Phone or email service → Customer confirmationMaintenance Service(1) Daily maintenanceBefore testing, the detection system must be inspected as a whole to check whether the power supply meets the working requirements, whether the sampling system (gas line) is unobstructed, whether the host wiring plug is loose (connected in reverse), whether the filter needs to be replaced, whether the network is stable, and whether the positioning is accurate.After the test is completed, the wind speed and direction meter, inertial navigation antenna, air intake module, etc. should be disassembled and neatly placed in the trunk of the test vehicle to keep the equipment clean.The external filter of the equipment needs to be checked and kept clean regularly, and is generally replaced every 3 months. When the color of the filter changes significantly, it needs to be replaced in time. The operator can replace and maintain it on site.If the host battery is a rechargeable battery, it should be used and charged according to the product manual.When the instrument is idle, the nickel-hydrogen battery should be fully charged and discharged once a month, and the lithium battery should be removed from the instrument.(2) Precautions for use of the equipmentBefore testing, check whether there are impurities in the 0.01 micron filter in front of the host.Before turning on the analyzer, start the vehicle, turn off the start-stop button, wait for 2 minutes until the current stabilizes, and then turn on the analyzer host power. After satellite positioning is activated and calibration is complete, begin testing.Avoid operating in rainy or snowy weather to prevent moisture from being drawn into the laser cell and contaminating the lens.In winter, the test vehicle must be parked in a garage. If the ambient temperature is below 5°C, the analyzer main unit must be placed indoors.In summer, it is recommended to park the test vehicle in a garage (in a cool, shady location) to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.In non-rainy or snowy conditions, if the humidity exceeds 85%, a desiccant must be installed on the air intake duct. During operation, if the desiccant color darkens, it must be replaced promptly.Do not drive on roads where water accumulates above the air intake to prevent water from being drawn into the optical cavity.Detours are required on dusty construction roads. If testing is unavoidable on such roads, replace the front 0.01 micron filter immediately after completion. After completing the test, first shut down the analyzer on the tablet, then turn off the main unit power, and finally shut down the vehicle.
