Teeth are precision-cut with a 20°/25° pressure angle (DIN 5480/ISO 53 standards).Forged from 42CrMo4/34CrNiMo6 alloy steel (EN 10083-3), hardened through carburizing (case depth 1.5mm) or induction hardening (HRC 58-62). Core toughness maintains 850-1000MPa tensile strength.
