Product DescriptionMT Series Labyrinth-type Feedwater Control ValveConsidering the working conditions with high pressure differences, if single-seat or plunger type control valves are selected, the high flow rate medium flowing through the valve can cause cavitation, flash erosion, as well as vibration and noise, which can lead to valve damage and very easily result in system control failure. According to the parameters of the desuperheating water, our company has selected the labyrinth high-pressure differential water supply regulating valve with advanced technology. The main features are as follows:1.Starting from the mechanism of fluid mechanics, by adopting and applying the technology of velocity control principle, multi-stage pressure reduction is utilized to eliminate problems such as cavitation, flash erosion, vibration and noise, providing comprehensive system control solutions for many different application fields.2.The labyrinth flow channel can achieve speed control of the regulating valve3.The labyrinth valve can prevent the valve core from generating high flow rates while ensuring the final control effect: throughout the entire stroke of the valve, it effectively controls the medium pressure and flow rate. The labyrinth valve cage disperses the fluid into many streams to minimize the flow rate of the medium as much as possible. Each fluid channel is composed of a specific number of right-angle turns and forms a labyrinthine flow channel. During this process, the flow velocity of the flowing medium is reduced to a certain extent by each turn. The number of turns N, which is used to disperse the maximum expected pressure difference in the valve core. This principle is applied to the valve core discs of labyrinth valves, enabling the medium velocity of each disc and each channel to be controlled within the predetermined range. By opening different numbers of discs with the valve plug, the entire valve stroke control completely limits the medium velocity to the predetermined value. This design is a complete contrast to the multi-hole throttling valve core: single-seat throttling only converts potential energy into kinetic energy, but this results in an extremely high speed rise. The labyrinth valve core can control the speed and ensure that the pressure at the contraction fracture surface is above the vaporization pressure (the pressure after the valve is higher than the vaporization pressure), thereby preventing the formation of cavitation and flash evaporation phenomena.4.The labyrinth core pack consists of many labyrinth plates, which are processed by electro-etching to form many channels, and each channel can pass through a certain amount of medium. The channel is provided with medium resistance by a series of right-angle bends. Based on the different parameters of various units, through precise calculation, different numbers of bends are selected to ensure that the medium velocity flowing through the labyrinth core package is always limited to 30m/s.
