Synchronous transmission of casting strip is guaranteed by AC frequency conversion servo motor.Equipped with 3 independent hydraulic systems (melting furnace hydraulic system, holding furnace hydraulic system, traction machine and take-up machine hydraulic system, upper shear hydraulic system), each with a spare pump. In addition to a spare pump, the hydraulic system of melting furnace and heat holding furnace is equipped with manual pump. Even in the event of power failure, the manual pump is put into work.
