Once alignment is achieved, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points for steadfast stability. Ensure that the manufacturing and installation of the wedges are tailored to your specific setup, with a finished contact surface for uniform contact on the inclinedplane. Note that the bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm2.3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain perfect horizontal alignment. The stipulated leveling specifications are: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontalalignment held to a standard of 0.10/1000mm.3.3.3 Achieve optimal coupling alignment. Coupling face precision should range between 0.03 to 0.05mm;11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, undertaking a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.12) Once the motor passes the idling test, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, fasten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical or trial operations, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure integrity.3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, demands uncompromised cleanliness to prevent damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, meeting the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines falling short of these criteria must be rectified. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.3.3.6 Execute the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram to incorporate relevant pipeline accessories. The pipelines attached to the compressor must be independently supported to prevent any weight burden on the compressor itself.3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its associated ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified to ensure the utmost stability, you may proceed to conduct the compressor operation test.
