Product Description Mobile Sand Washing Machine Plant for Sand Washing Process Mobile Sand Washing Plant introduction: Zeniht Professional Mobile Sand Washing Plant is used to remove the dust in sand. Sand washer aims at improving the quality of sand. The materials include the required gravel in building-site, gravel factories, hydropower station and concrete dam site, post and electric pole factory, casting-70 sand, glass factory's quartz sand and refilling pressure sand.Bucket Wheel Sand washing machine is widely used for cleaning materials in the following industries: quarry, minerals, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower, cement mixture station. So we design this machine ,which is mainly used for washing , selecting dewatering construction materials and sand materials.Mobile Sand Washing Plant Features:1.Reasonable structure. The impeller drive bearing is isolated from water and materials buried in washer, which greatly avoid the bearing damaged because of soaking in water,sand and other pollutants.2.Extremely rare lost of medium and fine sand, the grading and fineness module of washed building sand have achieved two national standards" sand for building" and" cobble and gravel for building".3.Almost no wear parts except for the sieve mesh of sand washer.4.High output and low power consumption.5.Longer service life and convenient maintenance.6.Save water resource.7.No pollution and high cleaning degree.Process of Mobile Sand Washing Plant:The stone material is sent regularly by the vibrating feeder to the primary jaw crusher, the crushed material is sent to the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. The crushed material is sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen to be separated. The material, whose size is suitable for the feed size of the sand making machine, can be sent to the sand making machine. This is very important in whole sand washing plant. The unsuitable material should be sent back to the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. The crushed material from the sand making machine is sent back to the vibrating screen to be separated. The suitable separated sand, which is the final product, should be sent to the sand washing plant machine to be cleaned, and then sent by the belt conveyor. The unsuitable separated sand should be sent back to the sand making machine to be crushed again. The producing line forms two closed cycles.
